課程概述	The course is aimed at training skills to create long monological statements on topical political issues and debates on these issues.
課程目標	1. Development of perception and interpretation of actual informations skills. 2. Development of students communicative skills during debates on topical issues. 3. Vocabulary expansion 4. Expansion of productive syntactic models 5. Development of skills using language means due to conditions of communication
課程要求	Students wanting to take this course should at least finish taking Russian I to be able to understand the course
